At Pooja Spirituals, we strive to provide high-quality spiritual and pooja products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and refunds under the conditions mentioned below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered
- The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
👉 Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of spiritual products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used pooja items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged after use
Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Replacement Policy
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund (based on availability)
- Customers must provide photo/video proof for verification
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of damaged or wrong products, return shipping will be handled by us
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
